Compact Bathroom

This bathroom was a challenge due to the space available. After completing a free bathroom survey for the client we suggested the following.
A space saving 1400mm bath to fit under the window, a Micra close coupled pan, push button cistern and soft close seat. For the basin we found a 500mm wide basin unit to fit in the recess.
To begin the renovation our engineers removed the existing suite, tiles and disposed of all the rubbish. Then a step was constructed under the bath and toilet, this was to allow for the fall on the waste pipes. Then the bath was installed with the taps, leg pack and waste. The basin unit went in next and to complete the first fix the pipe work for the basin and toilet was put in place.
From there we tiled the walls and floor, when tiling a floor upstairs it is imperative that it is reinforced before it's tiled.
To finish the bathroom the bath panel was fitted, the heated towel rail was hung and toilet permanently fixed in place.
