For this project we were ask to replace the bathroom suite, shower enclosure and tiles. To begin we called round and completed a free of charge bathroom survey, with the sizes in hand we help the client design their bathroom. We also took tile samples round so they could be seen in the room and offered up to different walls to see how the light effected them. It is important to get your tiles in the room before you make a final decision. This is because they can look very different in a showroom to your bathroom.
With the design sorted our engineer started by removing the existing suite, tiles and disposing of all the rubbish. With the room clear the bath was installed and the shower tray, basin and toilet first fixed. From there we start the tiling. To allow the customer to change the room at a future point the walls were half tiled and fully tiled inside the shower area to make them waterproof.
Now the tiling was completed we fixed the thermostatic bar shower in place along with the pivoting shower door. The basin and toilet went in and the bath panel was fitted to complete the room.
